This is the third time I’ve stayed here since it came under new management. I am beyond impressed with the staff and the way they continue to improve on every aspect of the project. I am a very picky person but I also feel that I am very reasonable and understanding of what is going on with the improvement of a business. I know it is not the best place to spend the night according to many. I however find it very hard to find one better as far as location, accessibility and value. The young man who was on overnight was very accommodating and respectful. Also the young woman who was on during the day was also very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again and I want to thank the staff for their excellent service!

I will not be back

No room service no housekeeping. The local cable tv kept trying to connect the Bluetooth to someone else’s device. Or tried to force me to pay for a Netflix subscription. The vending machine only had 1 item. The pool area was horrid, I didn’t even go in the pool it was so filthy and the hot tub was worse. The temp of the hot tub was Luke warm, the mold, mildew and scum buildup it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The jets seemed to be clogged.

It was ok. The wheelchair accessible room was a little tight for me to get around with my wheelchair. The bed was comfortable, but up to high to transfer safely on my own. A little outdated.

I expected a really nice hotel based on the Ramada name, however I now see why the room price was so low. The outside appearance of the place is unappealing and unkept. The interior is worse. Paint is chipped and dirty in the stairwell and hallways. In the room was even worse. Walls had damage, frames around the mirrors didn’t even connect. Sink faucet was connected wrong so hot was cold and vice versa. Fans were dust and lint covered. AC unit was filthy and rattled so loud I couldn’t leave it on while in the room. Light shades were cracked and broken. Shower area was just disgusting. I didn’t even bother with a shower. This place needs a complete overhaul and makeover. The only good thing I will say is the gentleman who checked me in was very nice.

Mediocre at best

Definitely a 2 star hotel. Can’t complain too much because of the price. But mediocre at best as far as hotels go. Holes in walls from shelving in the bathroom, ceiling cracked, lights not working all the time. Door lock was there but not secure.

Leak in the ceiling in the breakfast area. Staff did not know what to do besides take photo's. "Women " came down for breakfast dressed to be out at 9 pm not am. Breakfast that was available was stale and or out of service.

From the moment we walked in we could tell the hotel was run down. Other reviews I read had said the hotel was out of date (which it is) but didn’t read any that stated how dirty it was. We walked past the pool and could see the hot tub was green and the pool was murky/cloudy. The room was okay cleanliness wise but small items on the floor and hairs on the bed. An office chair had gross stains on it. Things were dusty and dirty. Many things broken. Ripped ottoman, both lamps coming off of wall. Towel rack and shower curtain were hanging on by a thread. Wall was bubbled. Got trapped in bathroom when the door would only open at the top. Fridge wasn’t cold and drawer was stuck. Mirror had screws hanging out and not secure. 2 mins after entering husband went to tell the desk about the issues and they asked if we were sure we weren’t the ones who did the damage. Hot tub smelled like a dirty fishtank. Pool chairs were stained, dirty and dusty. Water damage in a lot of places through the room and hotel. At breakfast the ceiling started leaking through the lights and a smoke detector. Vending machine had 3 bags of cheezits and the rest was empty. When we left they were replacing some flooring in the main lobby area and that looked nice but the hotel would need a ton of work to even begin to be okay.

Bed was very comfortable. Wash cloths need replaced. Had some light brown staining on them. Sheets on one bed looked like they were not changed and the other bed had a big clump of hair on them. I slept on top of all the covers. Pillows were good. Very quiet and able to rest.

Staff was fantastic. We took our 2 small children who emhoyed the pool very much. Had the pool all to ourswlves for the 3 days we stayed and the staff even put small toys in the pool so they had even more fun. Felt very good to stay at such an affordable place with wonderful staff.
