Fantastic location, walking distance to all sights in Shibuya, also walked to Harijuku & the train station close to everywhere else! So many good choices near by. Family Mart next door. She Wolf Diner in-house had delicious burgers & homemade chips! Breakfast basic but enough. Firm beds, Triple room size & bathroom on the small side but ok for 3. Would stay here again!

The hotel was nice but the rooms a so very small. We felt the room was damp as when you had a shower there was no fan to dissolve the steam. Also there is no where to unload your suitcases. You had to very little space. The staff was amazing and the food was good

This hotel was just wonderful. I stayed at four other hotels on my trip to Japan. This was the cheapest, the smallest room and most city central. It was also the most kind, had the most amenities, was the most comfortable (true! but I did travel solo, so not that much luggage) and also the most peaceful. I’m so happy this was my first hotel in Japan.

Room very small. Check-in time was exact on the dot no earlier no later. They don’t make concessions at all. Air conditioning was virtually non existent in the lobby and restaurant area. On my two choices for breakfast and not much of it.
