Great stay!

Lots of food options, beautiful and spacious accommodations with great views. Centrally located, but it’s a huge hotel. If you’re planning on visiting the casino and staying at the hotel and have accessibility concerns, don’t forget your walking aides!

Overcharged

The “resort fee” is hidden and added on top of any charges through Expedia or hotels.com. I was informed of after I booked my stay and when I got to the hotel they charged me more than I was told it was going to be. Too bad because it really is a nice, quiet hotel otherwise.

Enjoyed the new pool, hot tub, hot and wet saunas. Finally! I have been paying a resort fee for almost 2 years, and now, with the amenities finally online, the hotel is starting to feel like a resort.

We had a last minute booking here as a family with small children. The facility was well maintained, parking was easy and the pool was great however I would not recommend this hotel for families with young children solely based on the way dining is set up. There are many food options but logistics are inconvenient. Your options are room service or one adult has to go down to the restaurants in the casino (no kids allowed and they won’t take orders over the phone) wait for it to be prepared and bring the food back up. Either way, you’re sequestered to your room for your meal and if you’re a single parent, good luck, room service is your only option. There is a little cafe as well as a Chinese sit down restaurant as alternate options that accept children, but how many kids opt for Chinese over a burger, nuggets or pizza? We ate our dinner in our room and there was a spill because..kids and after calling down 4 times with no answer we went down to the front desk to notify them and ask for a fresh blanket. We were told house keeping is not currently in the building but someone will bring us up a blanket. We received a sheet as a replacement while we were at the pool. By 10pm we gave up. Breakfast from Casual was yummy but again logistics not great. One adult went to order in the casino and brought it back to the cafe so we didn’t have to sit in our room. While no one said anything directly to us we definitely got looks from the staff. Nice place but not with kids
