Amazing Stay!

Loved the overall service, the beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. We loved the casino experience and of course the staff was phenomenal. It was also close by a mall, fun to walk around or shop. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great property but terrible service and poor bed

If you have a question for the hotel while you are staying there, you are stuck. No one picks up any phones - front desk, house keeping, room service, no one. You have to physically go down and ask or get what you need, like a replacement iron for my room because it wasn’t working or wifi info because they didn’t give it at the time of check-in. Small things but huge inconvenience. The bed is very soft, sagging almost. The mattresses need to be replaced with newer firmer ones. At the cafeteria in the lobby, I couldn’t charge purchases to my room. Had to purchase separately with a card.
