Wedding night ruined!!!

Booked hotel for my cousin who was supposed to stay the night right after her wedding. She was denied entry as she did not have a credit card even though I had paid o line in full. Absolutely ridiculous. I feel so bad this happened to her on her wedding night. I will make sure the hundreds of people i know and those in the businesss community NEVER stay at a hotel like this.

The facilities themselves were for the most part clean and comfortable but the whole resort was extremely confusing and difficult to navigate. ie staying at the hotel and finding our way to woodbine races for the day took forever as there was very minimal signage and we ended up lost multiple times. Also had planned on breakfast at Ace’s but is located at the back corner of the second floor and was empty (also no signage for directions) and when we did ask staff most didn’t know where to send us to find anything.

Beautiful hotel

We had a great stay at the casino. I loved that the racetrack was right behind us. We brought a fourteen year old to a concert. We loved the hotel, but my one complaint was that it was extremely difficult to find something close to feed her. There was nothing in the hotel that was a not 19+ and the area around it does not offer much.
