The room itself was nice and clean on the 6th floor. But the hotel lobby and most of the floors were under heavy renovation and only one elevator was available. This was not stated anywhere in the information about the hotel.

We booked this hotel by accident and it was non refundable because the roads were bad to travel back home. The renovations were not bad the whole front desk area was torn apart, I had no issue with that. The issue was we were put in a room that had an adjoining room, we could hear everything our neighbours were saying and doing. By 10pm it sounded like they were getting ready to leave but the guy next door kept yelling “the Neighbors can suck my D***.” Mind you we have kids. So they left to go party or whatever and around 2:30am they came back and started arguing, and throwing things. Which woke us all up. We called the front desk three times, and they would call the room and tell them to be quiet. They would be quiet for a little bit but kept getting louder and louder again. and the guy kept swearing and the girl was crying all night and slamming the bathroom door. I swear they were on something, not just drinking. By 8am I had enough, because they started DOiNG IT really loud, so I had to turn the tv on to drown them out because my kids were listening. OMG!!!!!! 2am-8am no sleep! I had enough we packed up and left, let the front desk down stairs and housekeeper know. I wanted to switch rooms but who wants to switch rooms at 4am!! Uuugghh, the hotel rooms were great and the beds but the neighbors and how it should have been dealt with was the worst. They need to install doors that are SOUND PROOF please!!! Sorry, worst hotel stay ever!!
