We had the most horrible experience this hotel! Holiday inn should have closed this hotel down until they are done renovating. The hotel is dusty and dirty, the sheets are not clean, the AC is not working, and there is no hot water. Construction is very noisy. The staff are nice but not helpful as they can’t do anything about the situation. I spoke to the manager about the AC and all what they were able to do is to send a fan to the room!

They're under construction and they were using a hammer drill in the room nextdoor. The locks were broken so it took us 10 minutes to get in each time.

The hotel was very clean however staff weren’t very welcoming, the rooms lights didn’t work had to call staff to figure out that the switch wasn’t on which should’ve been checked before assigning the room.

The hotel looks very old and run down. I chose this hotel because of the pool for my children, and it wasn't until after I made my reservation that the hotel sent me a message informing me that the pool, sauna, and gym were closed for renovations. The ice machine on the 6th floor smells bad. The hotel had very few staff for the number of guests.
