Never staying there again , horrible experience and didn’t get any compensation back. Dirty curtains and bedsheets , room has a smell . There was a huge hole in the bedroom saw bugs crawl from it. Horrible experience for my kids also

Stayed at this location for 4 nights, it was a great location conveniently located next to highway. The staff was very friendly, they cleaned the rooms everyday for our family. The bar/restaurant on the ground floor had amazing burgers and the brownie dessert was delicious! The pool was a fair size and my daughter enjoyed using it during our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel!!

When reserving a hotel room, I specifically chose one with in-room microwave access as a key amenity. However, there was no microwave in my room, and I was instructed to heat my food in the lobby at the main check-in desk. This feels incredibly unprofessional and inconvenient. The front desk staff informed me that microwaves are only provided in suites. This is unacceptable.

Shut this place down until fixed

Feels like a place to incarcerate the criminally insane. They have this futuristic-nonsense tap head for the bathtub that I couldn’t get to turn on. Finally I call front desk to deal with it. Dude comes up showing me how the person who installed it did a weird sequence to activate the water. Ok. I take my shower but can’t seem to turn the tap off after trying the crazed sequence. That was just terrible. Oil stains on the wall like places inmate put their palm to in the midst of abuse. Elevator is adorned interiorly with bipolar foil and styrofoam. Too much weird and bad that the cost of the room felt horribly wrong. Worse that motel imagined experience.

Service was really good. One of the bed was off the bunk and was rocking when we got there. Took about 10 min someone came to fix it. Couple debris on the side of the window and on side of one bed.
