Staff were very friendly except for the security guards which were extremely rude. They should go to diversity training to learn to deal with people from all walks of life. They were very flippant and quite unhelpful when I asked simple directions/questions. My adult autistic son was harassed a couple of times, both when I was not in his presence and neither provoked. This is the only reason that will keep me from returning.

First time visiting Estrella and I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Only issue not enough bath towels. Otherwise, all good.

The hotel was comfortable, I felt safe. The bed was comfortable. The room wasn’t fully vacuumed when I arrived. I don’t recall being told about or seeing a breakfast option here. Overall the price was great for the hotel and I appreciated being close to the casino. There are a number of places to eat within a few miles of the hotel (but not walking distance) which was nice for grabbing meals each day on my way back to the hotel.
