This hotel have no spa :( but everything ales is great good breakfast and good coffee! We stayed in a junior suit that is Beautiful.. the hotel is close to everything, 15euro taxi to the beach around 10 min drive . Hotel is clean and service is kind :)

Perfect location to explore the Old Town

Pros: The hotel is situated in a great position, the room was lovely, beds comfortable. Excellent breakfast, and the staff where so nice and helpful.
Cons: English paper in reception as there are a lot of UK visitors.
Location: The hotel is near the metro which makes getting to the airport, beach etc easy. Short walk up to the Old town. Very vibrant area, with lots of cafes
This is a perfect hotel for a city break, the room was a good size for three single beds, and very clean. Reception is nice and relaxed with a small reception area where everyone sits and watches TV or drinks coffee. Staff so friendly which made the trip very relaxed.

Excellent City-Break.

Pros: Location couldn't be improved. Room was very quiet and relaxing. Staff were very friendly and engaging
Cons: No complaints or negative observations. Very positive and enjoyable experience
Location: You couldn't be more central, and this can be a problem if you are unfamiliar with the city ( and) have a dodgy satnav as I did.

Shame about the refurbishment disrupting stay

Very disappointed that the hotel was being refurbished during our stay and we were not warned in advance. The room next to our smelled of paint and this was unpleasant - in addition we were told there would be no water between 3pm and 5pm one day and yet there was no water until after 7pm. We complained but it seemed to fall on deaf ears. A shame there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Also can't believe you have to pay to park in the car park underneath the hotel

Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Directora Cristina Pacín für die wundervolle Überraschung. Wir haben den Champagner und die Kuchen sehr genossen. Das Timing war perfekt, sodass wir genau zum Geburtstag anstoßen konnten. Auch ein grosses Dankeschön für die nette Betreuung an das gesamte Team.

Schönes sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon grosses Bad, Hotel zentral aber ruhig gelegen faire Preise. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, freundliches Personal.

Perfektes Hotel für einen City-Trip. Sehr gut gelegen, Shoppingstrasse gleich vor der Türe und Altstadt in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Schöner Frühstücksraum mit leckerem Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal.
