Know before you book

    • To participate in this tour, you must have good physical condition and prior experience in riding a bicycle. Before departure, a short test ride will be conducted: those who are unable to ride the bicycle safely will not be allowed to take part in the tour. No refund will be provided
    • The minimum height required to ride the electric bikes is 150 cm (4'11"), and the minimum age to participate in the tour is 14 years
    • Tour leader and olive oil tasting are not included for those who book the self-guided option
    • In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.

    Please note that, in the event of voluntary withdrawal from the tour, no return transport will be provided by the operator, nor will any taxi or shuttle service be arranged. Participants who choose to leave the tour early will be responsible for arranging their own return transport.
