Located in Jilotzingo in the State of Mexico, the Capoxi Dam is a corner of serenity and natural beauty that invites reflection and adventure. This safe place, surrounded by lush forests and mountains, awakens your senses in a unique and transformative experience. Shinrin-yoku, or Forest Swimming, are terms that, although descriptive, only sketch out the essence of the experience that nature offers us. For me, every immersion in the forest is an opportunity to reconnect sensorially and emotionally with our mind, soul, and spirit, guided by the wisdom and love of Mother Nature. I have designed an experience that will take you to explore the Capoxi Dam with a new perspective. Our journey includes: Introduction to Shinrin-Yoku: Guided Relaxation Exercises: Sensory Walk: A set of sensory invitations to interact with nature differently, aiming to connect with your inner child. Reflection and Closing: I will guide you through several sensory invitations where we will be in contact with nature, allowing your imagination to fly, connecting with your inner child, and opening our hearts.
