First, I won't buy the ingredients beforehand. Rather, we will go to the local grocery market together and pick them. Then, back at home, I won't keep you out of the kitchen as I cook. No. We will both roll up your sleeves and cook together multiple authentic Kenyan dishes. And I mean authentic dishes—nothing fancy, just honest, home-style food the way we eat it here.

I’ll explain the history and significance of each dish, and you’ll learn how these meals are enjoyed during celebrations, family gatherings, and daily life in Kenya.

Along the way, you’ll learn about everyday life, local customs, and the rhythms of Kenya living—all through food.

Together, we’ll prepare traditional Kenyan dishes—from the famous ugali to matoke and sukuma. I’ll guide you on every step. I’ll help take photos to make sure you have a memory of your hands-on experience cooking a Kenyan meal. STEP 3: SHARE THE MEAL AND STORIES-Once your feast is ready, we’ll sit down together and enjoy the fruits of your labour! While savouring your home-cooked Kenyan meal, I’ll share fascinating stories about Kenyan culture, traditions, and diverse communities.
