- Complimentary hotel transfers are available for hotels within the green zone and for groups of 7 or more staying in the yellow zone. Guests staying in the yellow zone with fewer than 7 people, or outside the designated transfer areas, must use the free shuttle from one of the fixed pick-up points: MAYA Lifestyle Shopping Centre, Central Festival Chiang Mai, or Central Chiang Mai Airport.

- This ticket is valid for all market
- Eligible participants must be 4–65 years old (age is determined based on the travel date and date of birth)
- Participants must weigh no more than 110 kg
- Shared hotel transfers are included only for accommodation within the designated green zone. Pickups in the yellow zone require a minimum of 7 passengers. Additional charges apply for locations outside the designated transfer areas
- This activity is not suitable for pregnant women or individuals with serious medical conditions, recent major surgery, or injuries that may affect safe participation
