What you can expect

A short remok (tuk-tuk) ride away from Siem Reap through lovely rural scenery is the small farming village of Treak. Unlike the fast-changing temple town, life here remains very traditional offering guests the opportunity to slow the pace down for a while. A walk around the village offers friendly smiles in abundance as well as the chance to immerse in a more simple way of existence.

In the morning, you will be picked up at your hotel around 9AM and taken by tuk tuk to Treak village, just 10 minutes from Siem Reap but living a much simpler farming life. The village is situated close to the rice plains spreading out from the Tonle Sap lake.

The tour takes you through the village, rice fields, a beautiful pagoda and an ancient temple and it is ideal for budding photographers. You can learn about Cambodia and her people's day-to-day lives.

The tour ends when our guide take you back to your hotel around 12PM.
