What you can expect

“The first stop on the itinerary is the Arch of Charents - monument-viewpoint of the Biblical Mt.Ararat.
Next, the Pagan Temple of Garni - only standing Hellenistic pagan temple in the Caucasus Region, dating back to the first century AD - built as a temple to the sun god Mihr (Mithra). There is a well-preserved Roman bathhouse in the territory as well.
Geghard Monastery or Ayrivank is an important architectural, historical and religious sight in Armenia. Most of the monastery is carved inside a rock combined with architecture of 4th to 10th centuries of Armenian Renaissance. Geghard Monastery is part of the UNESCO world Heritage sights together with the Upper Azat Valley. "
