Day 1: Airport > Beruwala

Beruwala

Arrive at Colombo International Airport. Here, you will be met by a designated chauffer guide from Lakpura Travels. After the formalities at the airport you will be escorted to your air-conditioned vehicle and proceed to Beruwala and check in to your Ayurveda Resort. On the first day, you will have an initial consultation with the doctor at our Sri Lanka Ayurveda retreat, which would take about 30 minutes. During this consultation, your prakurthi equilibrium and the imbalances of your three doshas will be identified by the doctor. The doctor would then prescribe a treatment procedure and a dietary regimen based on the food values in Ayurveda concepts. A schedule for yoga exercises and meditation will be given for you to follow. Thereafter, there you will have a daily follow-up consultation of 10 minutes with our Ayurveda doctor who will decide if you should to continue with the same treatments, alter the treatment duration, or change the treatment methods and procedures.

Day 2: Beruwala (Day 02 to Day 13)

These, in turn, can lead to health problems such as headaches, upset stomachs, rashes, insomnia, ulcers, high blood pressure, heart disease, and strokes. While stress reduction methods assume that we must first incur the stress and then figure out a way to reduce it, stress prevention is a way of life that doesn’t require a huge time commitment and aims to not allow stress to affect us in the first place. Ayurveda helps you adopt a lifestyle that is more in harmony with nature and the natural cycles of your body. Once you experience what it is like to live in tune with nature’s rhythm, it can easily become a way of life which reduces stress. Spend the days leisurely enjoying the beach and hotel facilities.
