What you can expect

Badaling Night Great Wall used to open only on Fridays, Saturdays and official bank holidays. Starting from the May Day holiday in 2023, it has been open every night all year round on a regular basis.

The opening hours of the Night Great Wall are 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. It takes around 1.5 hours by car from city centre Beijing, please plan your departure time in advance.

For self-driving visitors, you may drive directly to Guntiangou Parking Lot, which is the nearest parking area to the scenic entrance.

After pre-booking with your passport name and number(for all participants), you can access to the Badaling Night Great Wall by showing your passport at the entrance. Last entry is before 9:00 p.m.
