    Choose your favourite tasting experience: a Light Tasting (3 selected wine labels paired with 2 carefully crafted local dishes) or a Full Tasting (3 wine labels paired with 3 gourmet dishes specifically designed to enhance the aromas and characteristics of each wine). Not to be missed are Fiano di Avellino DOCG “Eugenia” with an entrée with olives, grilled vegetables, Irpinian truffle prosciutto bites and taralli, and Taurasi DOCG “Vigna Piano d’Angelo”.
