During your visit, you’ll have the chance to taste a variety of our locally crafted wines - including white, rosé, and red - each paired beautifully with delicious traditional food. In addition to wine, we also offer tastings of our unique grape and pomegranate raki, as well as our house-made liqueur and refreshing pomegranate juice. It’s a great way to experience the authentic flavours of our region. All the dishes we serve are carefully prepared in-house, using fresh and seasonal ingredients .A typical tasting menu features a selection of homemade bread, our artisan sheep cheese, locally grown olives, fresh sour cream, traditional pie, stuffed or grilled vegetables, and a daily meat speciality - most often baby goat or lamb -slowly cooked in a wood-fired oven to enhance its natural flavour.
