  • Travellers must have a smartphone compatible with the Shaka Guide app.
  • The app must be downloaded and the tour redeemed before arrival.
  • Strong Wi-Fi or cellular data is required to download the tour in advance.
  • Location services (GPS) must be enabled on the device
  • Travellers are responsible for securing any required entrance passes, reservations, or permits before starting
  • May through October - advanced reservations are required to visit Cadillac Mountain. Reservations cost $6 and are available here.
  • If you plan on dining at Jordan Pond House in Acadia National Park we highly recommend reservations.
  • You can take a horse-drawn carriage rides at Acadia National Park – we recommend making reservations in advance.
  • Only swim if there’s a lifeguard on duty - the Atlantic Ocean can be very rough.
  • Be mindful of rocky cliffs!
  • In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
