At this stop, we’ll enjoy enchiladas de mole, a beloved Mexican dish featuring corn tortillas stuffed with tender chicken or beef, smothered in a rich, velvety mole sauce. Made with a perfect blend of chillies, chocolate, and spices, this sauce adds a deep, complex flavour that pairs perfectly with the savoury filling. Topped with fresh cheese, onions, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds, each bite is a true taste of Mexican tradition!

You’ll also have the chance to witness the traditional process of tortilla making, as locals press and cook fresh tortillas right before your eyes—an essential part of every Mexican meal!
