Discover the rich world of Domaine Hide, a boutique winery dedicated to producing deeply concentrated wines. Begin with an introduction to the winery and its philosophy, followed by a guided walk through the vineyards.

Visit the winery facilities to learn about the production process. One of the most distinctive features is the traditional grape-drying house (“Hoshigoya”) located beside the café. During the appropriate season, you may observe grapes being naturally dried — a rare and visually striking process. On clear days, you may also enjoy views of Mt. Fuji.

Conclude your experience at Café Tsukihareru, where you will enjoy a tasting of 12 wines served by the glass, paired with the café’s signature “Hanayaka Plate,” which includes freshly cooked rice and locally inspired dishes.
