What you can expect

  • Day 1: Lijiang Old Town, Baisha Ancient Town, and Yuhu Village

    Begin your adventure with easy walking and altitude adaptation through Lijiang Old Town, Baisha Ancient Town, and Yuhu Village. Enjoy traditional Naxi settlements, mountain views, and a slower pace before moving to higher elevations.

    Day 2: Yulong Snow Mountain and Blue Moon Valley

    On day 2, experience the core alpine adventure with a visit to Yulong Snow Mountain. Take the Glacier Park cable car and walk up to the famous high-altitude viewing platform. Then, visit and hike around the stunning Blue Moon Valley, with its bright turquoise lakes and excellent photo opportunities.

    Day 3: Tiger Leaping Gorge

    On the final day, hike one of the most famous canyon trails in China: Tiger Leaping Gorge. Walk along a dramatic trail with views of steep cliffs, the Jinsha River, and snow-capped mountains facing each other across the gorge. Enjoy dramatic canyon vistas, cliffside paths, roaring river views, and famous stops such as the midway viewpoints and guesthouse areas.
