Das Unterstadttor (Pass by)

Pass the historic Gredhaus by the harbour and continue through the Unterstadttor (Lower Town Gate) into Meersburg's fortified Old Town.

Burg Meersburg (Pass by)

Climb the steep, half-timbered Steigstraße to the drawbridge of Burg Meersburg, widely regarded as Germany's oldest inhabited castle.

Neues Schloss (Pass by)

Pause at the Schlossterrasse viewpoint for sweeping views over Lake Constance, then admire the Baroque façade of the Neues Schloss, the prince-bishops' grand residence.

Schlossplatz (Pass by)

Cross the Schlossplatz, the square linking Burg Meersburg with the Baroque Neues Schloss.
