What's included, what's not
Know before you book
- Customers will be asked to pay the difference in cost if they book a rate that is cheaper than where they are staying. For example: If you are staying at the Grand Palladium, please book the rate From Grand Palladium.
- Children 17 and younger must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- You must be 18 or older to drink alcoholic drinks.
- Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of our guests, persons may be prevented from participating if found to be intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tpour is cancelled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
- Minimum numbers apply: Tour may be rescheduled, cancelled or an alternative suggested if we do not meet the minimum number of persons required
- Tour not recommended if you are pregnant, have back problems, or recently did major surgery
- Life jackets are available at the Blue Hole upon request.
- Hotel pickup is provided from most Montego Bay, Runaway Bay, Falmouth accommodation and Grand Palladium hotels. You can arrange pickup when you confirm your reservation.
- Please be at your pickup point at least 10 minutes before your pickup time.
- In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
