Our starting point in this former lead mining and picturesque village
Nine Ladies Stone Circle

We cycle past Stanton Moor and there is time to view the famous stone circle. Stanton Moor is one of many prehistoric sites we cycle past on the tour
Monsal Trail (Pass by)
Travel down a few miles on this charming traffic free cycle route
Edensor (Pass by)
Attractive village with church and self service cake stall
Chatsworth House

We cycle through the grounds of the historic Chatsworth House and Edensor Village. We do not visit the house and gardens which would really take a full day in itself
Great Longstone

Pass through this charming village with the opportunity to visit several traditional country pubs. The approach down to the village from Longstone Edge is also a particular highlight
Ashford-in-the-Water (Pass by)
Another charming village with historic buildings and bridges. We can stop for refreshment here or just enjoy this traditional Peak District village
