The tour then continues with a visit to our exceptional vanilla plantation, with historical, cultural, and botanical explanations provided by your passionate live guide. You will understand why the agro-ecological environment plays a major role in the development of the aromas of this sacred spice, vanilla. You'll end your sensory journey with a tasting of delicious fresh fruit juices!

Our work and our approach are essentially based on crop diversification, permaculture, agroforestry, and agroecology.

This tropical agroecology is also an extension of our Creole gardens, a legacy from all four corners of the globe, the fruits of our history and therefore of the four cultures that make up our society: Native American, European, African, and Indian.

We invite you to enjoy a tropical, human, social, ecological, and educational experience… immersed in this Caribbean nature full of wisdom and promise for those who know how to listen to it and learn alongside it.
