Hôtel sans aucun charme ! Un attrappe touristes ! Il faut faire la queue le soir pour pouvoir avoir une table .... et après souper il faut faire la queue pour donner son coupon de boisson consommé ! Jamais vu ça de toutes ma vie.......buffet pas varié du tout presque tous les soirs et tous les matins le même buffet ! Cet hôtel est bien placé ( vraiment au centre de Corralejo) mais Fuerteventura a tellement de magnifiques plages que c est dommage d aller s enfermer d un un hôtel de la sorte quand on aime voyager!!!!!!!!!

Chère Ines, Nous sommes sincèrement désolés de lire que vous n'avez pas pleinement profité de vos vacances parmi nous, car nous nous efforçons de délivrer d'inoubliables expériences à nos clients. Nous vous remercions pour vos commentaires qui nous aident à identifier les aspects sur lesquels nous devons travailler pour améliorer l'expérience de nos futurs clients. Nous avons pris bonne note de vos remarques sur l'attente que vous avez reçu par moments au restaurant et regrettons sincèrement votre déception, les rotations de notre personnel sont planifiées de façon à garantir un impeccable service et sont renforcées durant les horaires de grande affluence. Nous ne manquerons pas néanmoins de partager vos commentaires avec notre responsable de service afin de ne plus recevoir ce genre de retour dans le futur. Nous sommes également navrés de lire que notre restaurant buffet n'a pas su satisfaire vos attentes car la qualité et variété des plats proposés est une de nos principales forces. Super

Pros: Die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter, Sauberkeit der Zimmer und das Essen am Abend wurde immer schön angerichtet. Der Koch beim Grill war super!
Cons: Das Hotel nur mit Frühstück anzubieten. Das Essen am Abend war immer sehr gut aber Abends gehen wir gerne raus.
Wir waren zum zweiten mal in diesem Hotel und wir werden sicherlich wieder dieses Hotel wählen. Das ganze Personal im Haus war immer freundlich und man hat uns immer mit einem Lachen begrüsst.

Erste Reise nach Fuerteventura

Pros: Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen.
Cons: Die Gläser im Zimmer wurden nicht ausgewechselt, obwohl sie schmutzig waren.
Im Barcelo Corralejo Sands befanden wir uns am sehr nahen Rand zur Innenstadt und den Stränden. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet um Ausflüge zu machen und auch im Städtli zu schlendern. Das Hotel ist modern und mit klaren Linien offen lichtdurchflutet. Der Pool ist eine gute Alternative nach einem vollen Tagesprogramm oder als Tageseinstieg. Das Essen war immer sehr gut. Die Angestellten sind hilfsbereit und ehrlich. Nur, zu empfehlen. Der Mix aus allen Altersgruppen haben wir geschätzt.
