Location ok

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Location was great a short walk to the beach, casino lots or bars and supermarkets, I would return to Lanzarote but not to this hotel
Well what can I say about this hotel!! It certainly didn't look anything like the pictures and was a total let down

Cons: Replace couch & chair. Very grubby
Location: Excellent location for shops, restaurants, beach. Right in the centre of all activity.
We specified an apartment on the upper floor when booking. We got a larger ground floor apartment on arrival. The receptionist said that it was an upgrade as there was no available 1st floor apartment. It was fine once we adjusted but it was our 1st time out of 9 visits staying at ground level. Staff on the whole were really friendly & helpful. Apartments are very clean but furniture looks tired & worn. Location couldn't be better for beach, shops, restaurants etc.
