Staff is excellent very polite and they work with you. I stay here quite a few times while I search out for homes to purchase. It’s in the heart of restaurant row of Canton so you have many choices to choose from and easy to travel to get to and from.

Room was not ready at check in. Trash and mouse poop were present in the "cleaned" room. The facility suffers from neglect. The breakfast was not worth time required to check it out. Members of our group were shorted pillows and bedding. it appears to be a home for the homeless. Take a pass.

The best thing about our stay was the beds. They were soft and comfortable. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was decent. We were really disappointed with the pool/hot tub area. The hot tub wasn't working. It was covered by thick plywood and the fans hanging around the area were peeling and gross-looking. It did not look like the picture featured on the app listing. Overall, for the more affordable price we weren't surprised by the quality we experienced. We slept great, but everything else seemed dark and neglected. However, we've been in worse hotels.
