They need to invest in some updates to the whole hotel. Update bathrooms, repair walls and fix drips. We picked this hotel because it stated it was smoke free... it was not. Lots of guests were smoking in their rooms. Plus, we heard a small dog in one room.

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. This was hands down the worst hotel experience of my life. I walked into the room and was immediately horrified to see blood on the floor. The bathroom was filthy, hair all over the shower, grime everywhere, and to top it all off, there was a pair of someone else’s dirty underwear shoved behind the toilet. This is not an over exaggeration, dirty underwear. It was obvious that no cleaning had been done at ALL. They claimed room service had been provided which is a complete joke. Handing someone a towel while everything else remained untouched is NOT room service. The room smelled of rot and mold, and there was even food smeared on the window. I’ve never felt more disgusted. While trying to reach out to hotel management on this issue, we never received any replies and upon checking out was still left amazed that no one seemed to care about the issues noted. Avoid at all costs.

Stay somewhere else!!!!!!

Not a clean Hotel needs a big remodel, we left two days early and were still charged my wife got sick while there, house keeping came to our room 1 of 4 days we were there. I had to keep going to the desk to get fresh towels and supplies.

Our door was missing the latch to lock the door. The shower head and tub faucet never stopped dripping. The tub had stains. Ceiling in the ‘bathroom’ was missing part of a cover for the vent/fan. There were visible cracks in the ceiling due to what i’m assuming was water damage based on the stains over the bed. Our bed sheet was inside out when we pulled the covers off to check the bed. We had lights that were inoperable. The pool area was dimly lit, no towels, and there seems to be no ventilation in the area. The staff was kind. Free morning breakfast appeared to be good but I stuck to coffee. The outside door to the parking lot did not latch. You get what you pay for.

This hotel is so dirty!!!!! Rooms are disgustingly dirty. Bath tub shower was super moldy and the room smelled that some actually put a Febreze wall plug in it . Air conditioner was on high and it barely kept the room cool. Lesson learned about pre paying! Went to the front desk several times no one there . Light bulbs burned out in room also.

It’s old and it shows. Very dark hallways. Smells old. It advertises laundry facilities on site but there are not. Restroom was smelly. The floor in our room was creaky. Elevator made a terrible noise every time we rode it.

I had to go to 2 rooms. my first room smelt lime mold it was horrendous. A team mates family had to exchange a room 3 x first room smelt, second had blood on the sheets 3rd had a ceiling leak!! we couldnt get our money back they refused. we were stuck. being there for the weekend to attend a foot ball tournament for our kids was a horrible experience. 10 hour drive, exhausted we did not to sleep with mold and dirty sheets. staff told us to leave if we were not happy, but wouldnt give us our money back.

The beds were comfortable. The room wasn’t real clean but for the price i thought it was okay. We were on the ground level and the window was unlocked and messed up. Someone could have easily gotten into the room. We managed to repair the lock and lock it ourselves. We stayed 7 nights and I did not expect housekeeping daily but I did at least expect clean towels and the trash to be taken out daily. After a few days of no clean towels & the trash being built up & no restock on toilet paper, I asked them to please do it while we were gone to work. They did do it that day. Two days after of no restock, we were out of towels. I walked down one morning and asked for some towels and was told they were out. I got some pool towels for our showers that day. The next day, still no restock. When I went and asked for clean towels this time, I was told “if I have got them”. I let them know that they could send someone to our room to pick up 3 days worth of towels & wash them. No one ever came back to our room, we checked out and moved hotels. Not terrible conditions but not great and the hospitality service was lacking.

Avoid, dirty and falling apart!

The building was falling apart, the hot tub was covered with a board and unusable, the rooms were not very clean (dust in corners, hair in shower, used wash cloth hanging on shower head, someone's sock and pacifier under bed). The breakfast was decent and the staff were nice enough. We will most definitely not stay here again!!

Wyndgate or Ramada both names are advertised in and on the building. The outside appearance needs work with things falling apart or hanging off. The grass is overgrown, trash, looks like no one maintains this property besides resetting the rooms for the next money to be made. The lobby was the nicest area of the hotel, the front desk employee was very nice checking in, and took a very small amount of time in doing so. The hallway and common areas are dark and dirty, at 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon garbage cans were still overflowing with trash from the day before. Glass on entrance doors were filthy. A lot of the guests had numerous amounts of people in them, noise and doors slamming constantly throughout our stay. The first room given to us have you broken window with tape covering the glass, a dirty bathtub and all pictures off the wall with the mounts left behind. The front desk clerk was apologetic and gave us another room that was much better. The room we stayed in had a dirty bathroom floor and microwave besides that it was outdated but clean.** The pool pictures in advertisements is from many moons ago although the pool water was enjoyable the hot tub was covered with wood and looked to have not been used in a long time, and the pool area itself was kind of scary. The back door in the pool area was left open to the back woods part of the parking lot all day. The side entrance door does NOT close and lock securely.

The staff was ki d friendly and courteous. Thrre was trash outside of the property and trash bins in hallways by elevator wrre always overflowing. There was another group in attendance that was loud and overbearing. Breakfast was ok, the self made waffles are nice but selection was limited for breakfast items.

Used this hotel for my son football tournament! They were near the hall of fame field , attentive , addressed any questions or concerns I had with care ! Breakfast was served hot and ready ! Good place for family

Booked a room with a Queen bed, was given a full. Hotel was noisy most of the evening. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Bathroom faucet dripped constantly. Good thing it was just a one night stay

Upon entering room, there was stagnant water in the bath tub and blood stains on the top surface of the tub. The bath tub faucet was leaking. The vending machine was broken. Young teenagers hanging around the hallways. We stayed in the room long enough to rest our feet and change our clothes which was about 90 minutes and then we checked out. We did not feel safe.
