Excellent! We stayed in the Sky Tower and our room was very nice. Very clean, non smoking and bathroom had dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and lotion. Mini fridge, coffee maker and safe. Bed was comfortable with 3 big pillows. Sky Tower also has the non smoking casino and it's close to the arcade, bowling and movie theater. Starbucks near the elevators. We will definitely be back.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the experience my husband and I had during our recent stay at Chataow Casino & Resort on December 24, 2025, which was meant to be a special celebration of our anniversary. We booked and prepaid for our room through Expedia on December 19, 2025, and received confirmation of payment. On the day of arrival, I completed mobile check-in as instructed and paid $150 for incidentals. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the hotel had charged an additional $200, resulting in a total of $350 taken from our account for a room that was already paid for. We immediately went to the front desk and provided proof of our prepaid booking. The manager on duty, Christopher, acknowledged a system glitch and assured us the refund would be processed within an hour. Unfortunately, after waiting and checking our account, the funds were not returned. We then spoke to another manager, who understood our concern and agreed not to place an additional $99 hold since the refund had not yet occurred. This entire ordeal consumed over two hours of our anniversary evening, along with funds we intended to use for our celebration, causing unnecessary stress and frustration. Instead of enjoying our special day, we were stuck at the front desk trying to resolve an issue that should never have happened. Despite this agreement, the next morning we checked our account and discovered the hotel had charged $99 anyway, bringing the total to $450 (200 + 150 +

Wonderful room in new tower. Vegas like casino feel with great restaurants that are open late. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Definitely stay for a Vegas like feel away from Vegas.
