This beautiful duplex is located in the heart of Sa Riera, one of the best locations on the Costa Brava. In addition, it is just 200 meters from the beach of Sa Riera and local shops.
The property is accessed through the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has all the necessary elements to cook and cover all the needs during the stay, from oven to dishwasher to the complete crockery itself. The dining room has been decorated and equipped to offer freshness and comfort during the summer, with direct access to the terrace. The terrace is perfect to spend the day or eat with magnificent views of the sea and the surroundings.
From the dining room, and next to the toilet on the main floor, there is access to the upper loft, where there is one of the double beds that covers the functions of a room. From the same dining room, you can go down to the lower floor where the other two bedrooms are located, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, in addition to the fully equipped bathroom.
Our cleaning fee includes premium quality linens and towels for all of our guests.

About the surroundings, Sa Riera is located in a quiet and secluded bay on the Costa Brava, near the nearby towns of Palafrugell and Begur. Originally a small fishing village, Sa Riera has not developed too much and has retained its individuality and charm.
It can be reached by road from Begur and Pals and there is also a pleasant walk along the cliffs from Platja de Pals, the next resort along the coast. Sa Riera is typical of the many small coves nestled between steep pine-covered cliffs that cascade down to meet the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea that have made the area famous for its exceptional beauty.
According to decree 60/2017 of 13/2017 about the tax regulation on stays in tourist establishments must be charged:1€ per person and night (for a maximum of 7 nights) for stays in tourists apartments or houses in Catalonia surrounding areas. This tax must be charged to all persons over 16 years upon their arrival.
Parties or noise are not allowed.
Please be respectful with the environment and respect the rest of the neighbors.
For the loss, damage or improper use of the house keys will reserve the right to charge a minimum replacement / operation cost of € 40.
Please note that it is obligatory for our check-in procedure that all guest identify themselves showing their passport upon arrival. Thank you very much in advance for your collaboration.
