We had a great stay, I was traveling to Chicago with my three kids (ages 11, 14, 17) and everyone had their own bed/room/space which is key to keeping everyone happy and well rested! The location is fantastic, with an easy walk to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. There is a school across the street and the area felt very safe and family friendly. No issues walking around with the kids and exploring a bit! Nice full kitchen and washer/dryer also great to have when traveling with kids. We were all very comfy, the unit was well-maintained and clean.If I had to be nitpicky I would caution others that the parking spot reserved for the unit is very small and can only be accessed from a narrow alley behind the unit. It was really difficult to park my minivan, so much so that I had to find street parking instead. Our host did have some parking permits for us, so overall not an issue, but just letting others know that a larger SUV or minivan is almost impossible to park. Other than that, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here in the future!

This was a perfect location for our trip. It is a very short walk to shopping and food. The beds were comfortable and there were ample bed and bath linens available. It was neat and clean when we arrived. We found the parking spot in the back an extremely tight squeeze but we were able to find close on street parking each day.

We had our family gathered here to celebrate Christmas with our son’s family who lives nearby. The house was just as described and quite comfortable. What was the positive surprise was the neighborhood. There is a school with playground just across the street. There were also Target and Trader Joe’s locations within a 5 minute walk. And the area was quiet and felt very safe. Would stay here again

Extremely comfortable beds, great location! Walk to Trader Joe's (best of all), Half Shell, hidden gems, great restaurants, and all Lincoln Park has to offer. Owner had excellent communication - very responsive. Parking is a bit tight/challenging, but the property makes every effort to help out in that (and all) areas. All amenities provided (and then some). Very hospitable.
