Room was not bad. There's no room service, however, the staff at the front desk was polite. The room was not cleaned daily, the wash basin sink in the bath room was choked but in spite of my request it was not cleaned. In the bath room very badic items like Shampoo was not provided

There was no cooking utensils at all. It wasn't the cleanest of hotels I've stayed in. Staff wasn't very friendly! I won't be coming back.

This was our first time at your hotel. Walking into a dirty and smoke smelling lobby was my first hint that I made a mistake. I was second in line to check in, but still waited 15 minutes. It seems that there was a problem with the rooms not being ready. The check in service was very slow. Our room looked like it was cleaned but it smelled of urine. This hotel is not to the standard of an Expedia hotel.

Hello, my room was fine - it was clean and tidy. But that is the only positive feedback I can provide. I will not be staying here again. I stayed here probably 4 or 5 years ago and it was in better shape then. The whole reception area looked dirty. The ugly green paint in all the hallways and reception check in area are awful. The elevator was filthy. I went down at 6:30 for coffee and there was none of the amenities they use to provide like some pastries, instant oatmeal etc. The trays were empty and the coffee bar was dirty and messy. I came back down at 8:00 thinking maybe there would be some improvement, but there was not -- there was no coffee left. There were people gathered around the reception desk, one was yelling at the lady behind the counter. It was a disturbing scene. I got my things and left. What's happened to this place. This location is in a very nice neighborhood - It really needs some work. I can't see anyone wanting to return for a second visit here.

The staff was nice. The hotel was dirty. The rooms were filthy. Linens were ripped up dirt pile on top of the fridge, dirt and dust and hair in the bathroom. Soap scum ring in the bathtub. Smell weed at two in the morning. Carpet was so stained.

Filthy room, in disrepair, stinky! Trash and a shoe under the bed, toilet seat coming apart, fridge is filthy, they advertised you can get dishes and then they didn’t have any available. Wasted for clean sheets and got yellow stained sheets. When I asked for the advertised amenities and services they said they just don’t have any good maintenance person to fix things. There was no accountability and no effort to make anything right or clean. The worst experience I have ever had in a hotel.

The room heater was broken. There was no extra blanket in the room. There were no dishes/silverware/cups despite having a full kitchen. If we wanted dishes or an extra blanket, we had to ask the front desk.
