The luxurious Water Villas of approx. 120 m2 are unique because of the comfort and the design. The Water Villa has two full-flegded floors. The Water Villas are located at approx. 50 metres of the Loosdrecht Lakes. 
 
Lay-out 
On the first floor is the entrance, laundry room, guest toilet, living room and kitchen. 
Through the entrance you reach via double doors the spacious living room with open kitchen.
 The living room is very cosy; built-in spots in the curved ceiling, large sliding doors giving access to the terrace (on the South) and storey high windows on three sides providing wonderful light.
Via a spacious hardwood stairs with built-in lighting you reach the ground floor. 
On the bottom floor there is a hallway that connects all rooms, including the Masterbedroom, two bedrooms, a beautiful bathroom with spacious, double sink, separate toilet, towel radiator, two built-in closets and technical space. 
The Masterbedroom is spacious, light and comfortable and furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, third bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed. A sofa bed in the living room provides two additional sleeping places if desired.
 
Design 
The Water Villa is totally isolated so pleasantly cool in the summer, but also calculated on harsh winters. Furthermore the Water Villa has hr-glazing, parquet floor, underfloor heating, and of course telephone-, fax-and cable connection. 
At the Water Villa belongs, without additional costs, a berth reserved for your pleasure boat in our Marina. 
The beautifully landscaped gardens are maintained by expert gardeners.
