Very loud HVAC

The hotel itself is new, and the rooms are comfortable for an overnight stay before catching a morning flight out of LaGuardia. However, the HVAC unit in the room is VERY loud, to the point that I was only able to get a few hours of sleep. Will not stay there again because of that.

The staff is incredibly hospitable! They are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Many good restaurants and an excellent breakfast with a view. There is even an awesome children's playground in the basement.

Douglas!!! Front desk staff was amazing! Douglas went the extra mile for us and he would be the reason we would stay here again. The rooms were so spacious and nice; the hot water pressure in the bathroom was amazing. We grabbed dessert on the roof top and the staff there was equally amazing! Will definitely stay here again. Great music selection playing in the lobby and the rooftop bar.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. The staff was super friendly and really seemed to care about making my stay enjoyable. The amenities were great too—everything from the gym to the free water stations for filling up your bottles, plus a Keurig in the room with bottled water, made it all feel special. The vibe is just right; it’s cozy yet has an upscale feel without costing a fortune. I really appreciated that it felt safe, especially since I was traveling with just my best friend. We had no worries exploring the neighborhood, and there are some fantastic restaurants and shops nearby. If you’re heading to Flushing, NY, this hotel is definitely the way to go. I’ll be back for sure!

We had a 1-night stay just to be closer to the airport. The hotel is spotless! The staff is beyond accommodating and super friendly. The decor is super cute, too! Free water, including sparkling water was a first for me and appreciated. So many dining options as well. I will definitely be staying again and highly recommend!
