I first got my room key and it would not open door so had to go back to front desk. Entered room and notice some sort of discolored liquid on tile floor and roach crawling in shower. Entered the 2nd room and there was balls of hair, hair tie and stains on carpet...obviously carpet not vacuumed when room was "cleaned". I had opted for nonrefundable option when i book (will never do that again) it was after 7pm and I needed to be back on road at 6am otherwise i would have left and found another hotel. The staff was very gracious and the 3rd room was clean. Walls must be thin because i could hear the people talking in the next room and hear hallway noise. I would not stay again.

We stayed Friday to Sunday. No hot water in the mornings for us to shower! Neither day were we able to shower in the mornings. Paid elevated room rates due to Iron Bowl and hotel full. I think hot water would be a basic need especially since it was cold!~

The staff we interacted with was excellent. I understand saving towels and sheets but absolutely no service was a surprise. Trash not picked up, bed unmade, etc.

Good hotel about 15 min to Auburn. Beds are comfortable but linens should probably be updated. The included breakfast was not good at all which is why I took off one star. I can usually find something to eat at these hotel breakfasts but this one was lacking of any healthy options and most importantly the coffee machine was broken during our entire stay.

Sheet were pills, need to be replaced. Could not sleep because of that. Mold in shower. Noisy doors slamming. We tried to get coffee and orange but the machines did not work properly. When somewhere else. Will not stay again.
