Very bad experience!!!
Do not bring your family to stay here. It is nothing but unscrupulous "ladies" and drug dealers. There was a bed and a pull out couch, but no bedding for the couch and not enough towels for the room. Contacting the office is a joke. You cannot check in until 4:00 and the office closes at 5:00. I called the after hours number and got a non english speaking person who was no help at all. The day after i checked out, I received a text offering assistance with my no bedding and limited towel situation. Very bad experience!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID
The advertisement for the room offered was a complete and utter misrepresentation of the reality.
First the code given to open the door to the room did not function
Had to call someone for another code.
Stepping into the room I was hit by an odor that only a mother could love. A mother of a very filthy farm animal!
While scanning the, let's say, a bit "over used" dwellings, I could see that someone, not too long ago had been lounging on the bed. A perfect body imprint on the dingy comforter.
Stepping into the bathroom I could see the sloshing of a thousand mop strokes washing away god knows what into the crevices and corners of the room and letting it stay curled up in those convenient little spaces waiting to be dislodged some day by someone's careless stepping.
I turned around and left the seen.
Called the third party representative at Hotels com and told him my experience.
Unfortunately the hotel decided to keep my money because of their no refund policy.
That sucks!
Please don't make the mistake I did by booking with Metro Phoenix All Inclusive

The area around it was sketchy, making it feel unsafe from the time we got there. The room was not clean and once we saw cockroaches, it was time to go to a nearby hotel. When we drove by the next day, there were four Phoenix Police patrol cars at the office.
Well since they are going to be this way and not refund you after a terrible experience here we go…. I already filed a claim for my stay and I didn’t get any response or help. This issue is not being taken serious and it is extremely serious. I still have an itchy rash from sleeping in that bed and my eye was red all day. It was unhealthy to be in that room. The pillow stunk and were stained, it smelt like feces by the headboard and pillows, the whole room had roaches coming out from behind the doors, everything was dirty. The room had an extreme strong odor walking in and there was homeless people camping outside the door shooting up drugs…. I felt like i Was living in a slum and none of the online advertisements even come close to how it is in reality. I almost didn’t stay as it didn’t feel safe, people were making noise all night outside my door all night I will not be coming back again and I am taking this serious. I have photos and videos of everything.

There was little communication and our studio suite had a locked closet door and a weird red light that looked like it had been colored with a red sharpie $50 to extend a stay by 2 hours is a little ridiculous and instructions on checking in and out were almost nonexistent it was okay for the 8 hours we stayed to sleep just creepy vibes with the random locked door in our room and I was worried with the lack of communication on if we could still stay at the hotel that night.
I stay here all the time and i love how easy the check in process is.

Too much drama and communication issues
I booked my reservation because it said pet friendly. On the day of my stay i received a check in email. I entered my license, paid a deposit and a pet fee. I received a confirm email that said No Pets!!!
I tried to call the hotel for an hour and the number was out of service. I messages hotels.com and they could get thru either. They had to send an email. An hour later the hotel called me from the same number and asked why i wanted to cancel. They said there is a misunderstanding and they do take pets. I stated i did not want shenanigans and refund everything. Then i was disconnected. I tried to call back and the number didn't work. I tried a second time and it pickedup and went to voice mail.
