"Petit nid" mais pour week-end ou séjour de courte durée

Petit studio de plein pied "dans son jus" (les photos du ne trompent pas : décoration authentique) et bien placé, dans quartier un peu éloigné de l'hyper centre des Saintes et pas trop loin de la plage (un terrain vague/parking à traverser). Facilités pour se garer près du logement (mais attention nous étions seulement en avril…).Studio avec l'essentiel (mais ne pas oublier ses draps, housse de couette, serviettes de toilette, taies d'oreillers ses torchons). La télévision ne marchait pas (piles de la télécommande?). Penser à apporter aussi vos condiments (sel, poivre, huile…) car ceux dans le placard étaient périmés. Attention car les propriétaires logent juste au dessus du logement, leur fenêtre donne directement sur la terrasse du studio...à éviter donc si vous n'aimez pas la promiscuité et que vous voulez être autonome. Cependant la propriétaire était sympathique et nous a donné des informations utiles sur la ville et ses environs.Lors de notre départ, avant la remise des clefs, nous avons eu droit à "un état des lieux" avec la propriétaire, c'était surprenant car nous avions payé en plus des frais de location, une taxe conséquente de ménage...heureusement que nous avions tout nettoyé ! (en 10 ans de location je n'avais jamais eu droit à ça !).Sinon la ville est très jolie mais très petite donc un monde fou dans les rues (et encore une fois nous étions en avril), à fuir je pense en mai/juin/juillet/août !Les plages sauvages autour des Saintes sont plus agréables.
