One of Best and cutest in the hood
I’ve stayed in several rentals in the area over the course of the 4 years my child lived in the area. The rental homes are few, that I would consider staying in, but have had great, attentive hosts in each so that has been nice . The homes are all old and therefore only so much decorating can cover that up. This home was cute on the outside and had some nice touches on the inside. I can tell they tried to be thoughtful hosts. They provided a snack basket that my daughter enjoyed. There was a table with ash tray right by the front door which didn’t smell, just not attractive! the front bedroom did have a smoke odor. The comforters on all beds need updating, the couch was uncomfortable and needs replaced. The kitchen was stocked and the decor/ faucets/ sinks were current and nice. The space was plenty for how much time we were there. The back yard had the minimal offerings and there were gaps in the fence so we really couldn’t leave our dog out there for a few minutes. The front yard has a tree dropping A LOT of something that roll under your feet, which could be dangerous for an elderly person. I slipped on them every time. But all this to say, it’s still a great location and option for Siloam Springs.
