AM TAG DER ANREISE STORNIERT

Dieses Apartment sollte gesperrt werden! Wir haben im Dezember für unseren Aufenthalt Anfang April gebucht. Damals gab es noch keine Bewertungen, was uns noch nicht schlimm vor kam - könnte ja neu eingestellt worden sein. Ca. 1 Woche vor unserer Reise habe ich nochmal auf die Seite geschaut und dann die erste Bewertung gesehen (Familie, welcher kurz vor Check-in storniert wurde). Das hat uns natürlich stutzig gemacht und ich habe die Vermieterin angeschrieben aber auch nach mehreren Tagen und weiteren Nachrichten keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Zu dem Zeitpunkt haben wir uns vorsichtshalber schonmal nach einer kurzfristigen Alternative umgesehen, denn wir konnten ja auch nicht selbst kostenfrei stornieren. Am Tag der Anreise kam dann die mehr als Kurze Nachricht, dass es Doppelbuchungen gab und uns storniert wird. Das geht absolut nicht! Sich nicht zurückmelden, wenn man angeschrieben wird und dann absagen… absolute Frechheit.

Vermieter hat bei Anreise storniert. Sehr unzuverlässig

Dieser Gastgeber ist absolut unzuverlässig!!!Nachdem wir Monate im Voraus gesucht und gebucht hatten und schliesslich direkt bezahlt wurde, hat uns die Vermieterin 5min vor einchecken die Wohnung storniert.In unseren Augen ein NO- GO und ein absoluter Vertrauensbruch.Wir als Familie mit 2 Kindern stand also in Stuttgart ohne Unterkunft da!Nie wieder!
