I stay here 6 to 8 times per year - Good location, good value, good breakfast, nice room, easy parking. We were told Hampton Inn is taking over. Please keep the lovely inviting "Living Room w/fireplace and business center" and the full breakfast. Don't screw up a good thing.

The hotel is decent and has a lot going for it. that being said, it is in desperate need of some upkeep. Bath linens are old and frayed, dirty windows, and a room door that wouldn't open without pushing with the weight of one's body!

Shower was full of pubic hair. Advised staff. I left and returned later that afternoon and still dirty with pubic hair. Called one week in advance to check in early and could accommodate. Advised me that there were no rooms. I watched people checked out and they could have accomate me in 2 hours. All night exit door was been opened and closed next to my room made so much noise because elevators were not working. Last time I will stay there
