My son and I had an enjoyable stay at Henn Na NYC. The hotel itself was clean and modern and we had a good dinner at the Japanese restaurant. The location is the real star, just a couple blocks away from Penn Station and Madison Square Garden, across the street from a funky espresso cafe, and easy walking distance to a Popup Bagel place. We would happily stay here again.

Great choice for our family's 3 night stay. We are former New Yorkers, sort of local, and just wanted a place to sleep after we did things we wanted to do in the city instead of commuting back to NJ. Quick, easy check-in and check-out. We didn't need much in the way of service or information, so I can't comment on that. The room was very clean. Not huge but plenty of space for family of 4. Great location with close access to several trains. Also a short enough walk to Hell's Kitchen where we found someplace good to eat all 3 nights. I would stay here again.

We stayed at the Henn na Hotel NYC from Friday to Monday in late January and early February, and the experience was excellent. We really loved the hotel: the room and all common areas were spotless, clean, and well organized. The sushi restaurant was very good and convenient. The location was perfect for us, especially being close to Madison Square Garden to attend an NBA game. The staff, including the maintenance team, were always attentive, friendly, and respectful. Overall, a great place to stay in New York City.

There are no views from the windows, but we walked the city. I would’ve liked an individual reading light. My son was able to store his luggage at the hotel while he waited to sign into his Airbnb with his college class.
