The villa is set up higher above the 4th hole of the Oakleigh course providing a spectacular view of the water and two holes without obstruction of any cart path.



The Space:

Enjoy golf course (2 holes) and water view in this newly renovated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom courtyard villa located in the Village of Calument. The lush landscape with adorning palm trees offer nice privacy while relaxing in the enclosed lanai.

A 2016 Yamaha gas golf cart with LED lights, turn signals, and gas gauge is included.



Master bedroom has queen bed and a TV. A writing desk is also in the open space. The second bedroom has 2 extended twin beds and tv.

The Neighborhood:

The villa is located a short 2 min golf cart ride from the Chatham recreation center and it’s 4 tennis courts and family pool, as well as a short distance to Mulberry recreation center and its 16 pickle ball courts. Chatham recreation Center is the starter shack for two of The villages’ best executive golf courses, Amberwood and Oakleigh. It is a very short golf cart ride to the renowned Nancy Lopez Championship Golf course and restaurant, as well as grocery shopping, shopping and restaurants in the Mulberry Grove Shopping Center. The villa is roughly 20 minutes to Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter.
