Our property is Nestled in the scenic Ladera community in Washington, Utah, this one level, 5-bedroom home provides a serene escape that caters to all your needs. The open floor plan seamlessly combines modern living with the tranquility of the desert surroundings. The well-appointed kitchen and grill are perfect for preparing delicious meals for your group. The bedrooms offer ample space for your family or group of friends, each providing private TVs and a cozy haven for relaxation. The master suite is complete with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet for your convenience.

This home is perfectly located in Washington to make it easy to get anywhere you desire on your vacation. Located only 10 minutes from St. George, you'll have a wide selection of choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner, or even where to go shopping for groceries, clothes, and souvenirs!
With close access to the freeway, you can be in Zion National Park in just 45 minutes. In addition, Sand Hollow State Park, and Quail Creek State Park are only 20 minutes away. Down the road a few short moments you'll find the brand new Ninja Warrior Park, with a trailhead leading out into the canyon that holds the Virgin River. It's a park you'll want to check out it's one of a kind!

Boat/trailer and additional guest parking is available on a first come, first serve basis on the north end of the complex.

You can start your biking adventure right from your garage, with an array of fantastic mountain biking trails within easy reach. Explore the exhilarating Prospector Church Rocks Loop, as well as the nearby J.E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell, and Little Creek Mountain trails, offering endless opportunities for outdoor exploration.

Great stay!

We had a great experience at this property. We stayed there just one night before an official guys golf trip, but the home was fantastic, spacious, clean and in a perfect location. We had lodging plans for our golf trip already set, but considered seeing if we could add nights for this property. Dustin was awesome and responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend this home!

FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY

Very clean place. Slept 12 of us very comfortably, plus room for 4 more if needed. Most stocked kitchen I’ve seen with any rentals we’ve stayed at. Kitchen has every dish & appliance you could need!! Poker table for games & ping pong table. Price was good for how many people it slept!!
