Welcome to 🌴The Palms🌴where tropical vibe meets modern beach retreat. Our home is for couples, families & groups looking for a fun and relaxing beach getaway with extra amenities included with your stay! At The Palms🌴 you will feel at home with beautiful tropical setting both indoor and outdoor. A private brand new 6 person hot-tub, corn-hole, ping pong table, putting golf games and more will be waiting for you to enjoy! If you’re up for a bbq and a cozy outdoor bonfire we have it all covered and included with your stay.
The Palms is minutes away from world-class scuba and snorkeling sites. Peanut Island water shuttles are 5 minutes away and will take you to amazing snorkeling underneath crystal blue waters and thousands of colorful fish, manatees and sea cows. You are also minutes away from top scuba experience. Many diving destinations provide access to more than one wreck, but few have as many sunken vessels concentrated in a single area as does West Palm Beach. What truly sets this area apart is not in the total number of wrecks, but more in their placement, which in many cases are close enough to one another divers can actually explore two to four wrecks on a single submersion.
The Palms’ zen, cozy yet modern interior and relaxing tropical outdoors will create a chill vibe that’s unique to make your vacation even more memorable!
The entire property is fully fenced and gated for privacy and security. The home is also equipped with Vivint security system which when enabled will automatically connect to emergency services when an alarm is triggered. In addition, there are external security cameras outdoor. One on the front, 2 on the side and one in the back. There are no cameras inside the home.
Noise monitoring: The home has a Minut noise monitor which would detect loud music and send an alert. This does not monitor nor record conversations but is mainly used to prevent any unauthorized parties that may disrupt the peace and quiet in the neighborhood during quiet times.

5-Star Review for The Palms Estate, West Palm BeachWe had an exceptional three-day stay at The Palms Estate during our business trip to Rybovich Safe Harbor Marina. From the moment we arrived, the property exceeded our expectations in every way.The house was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing both comfort and luxury. Each of the three bedrooms was perfectly appointed, ensuring privacy and a restful sleep for all of us. The living and dining areas were ideal for both relaxation and casual meetings, giving us plenty of room to work and unwind.The outdoor space was a true highlight – lush, well-maintained grounds with a hot tub that felt like a private oasis. After long days at the marina, it was the perfect place to recharge. The estate also felt incredibly safe and secure, with ample parking and a peaceful atmosphere.The location was perfect for our needs, within walking distance to Rybovich Safe Harbor Marina, as well as nearby restaurants and shops. Despite being centrally located, the estate was quiet and serene, offering the best of both convenience and privacy.Our host was outstanding—responsive, friendly, and eager to ensure we had everything we needed. Every detail had been thought of, from fast Wi-Fi to a well-stocked kitchen, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable.We highly recommend The Palms Estate to anyone visiting West Palm Beach, whether for business or leisure. Awesome recently renovated home with modern touches
The property 7 of us stayed that was booked originally based on proximity to the beach and a golf course we were all interested in. At day of arrival, we plugged in the address to our GPS and the picture that appeared from google maps jumped out at us. Turns out it still holds a picture of the home before renovations so fear not! The house is completely and utterly renovated and is 5 star quality. Everything has been redone and modernized. Comfortable beds, incredible backyard, ping pong table, jacuzzi, comfortable couches, great kitchen, amazing bathrooms. Plenty of space for cars, cameras, modern locks and gates for safety. The home was put together extremely well. The ONLY issue with this place is the surrounding area. Its close enough to drive 5 min to the beach, but the neighborhood and the surrounding streets are very poor. We did not encounter any issues however, this was basically a non factor when it came to safety or any concerns. Put it will make anyone not accustomed to staying in these areas a shy bit uncomfortable. The rest is 5 star quality. Enjoyed our stay and the owner was great.

Great Location
The property was well equipped with everything we needed. It was super clean and all of the games in the property kept our family entertained. It was close to the beaches, local area shopping (I.e. Sam’s, Publix, liquor stores, etc). The airport was super close by also. It would be nice if the kitchen had a blender. I highly recommend this property. The communication with Dexter was great and always prompt! He was a great host!!

New, Clean and Great location!
The owners really thought of everything when they rehabbed this home! At first I was worried about the location BUT it is literally so close to everything and we felt so safe the entire time. My husband and I go to West Palm to deap sea fish and this was so close to our Marina and our favorite restaurant Buccan located on the island. Really centrally located to everything honestly!! The owners are also so prompt and made sure we had everything we needed A++. They also really added a lot of amenities to make your stay really stand out. One of my favorite perks was all the games you truly had a many resort in the backyard(landscaping was amazing also) and one unique thing is they provided fans for each room, the towels were laid out on the beds when you arrived. The house itself is so clean I mean everything is brand new! Each shower has large waterfall heads that make your shower feel like a day spa, the list is never ending. If your going with another couple and maybe some kiddos this house is a great option! BOOK IT!
