Located across the road from the stunning palm fringed beach of Wongaling Beach, in the much sought after holiday destination of Reid Road is our newest holiday home Beach Break. A builders own holiday home, with style, elegance and attention to detail, this property is sure to become a favourite with families for their annual holiday.
Beach Break is the ultimate family friendly home, perfect for 2 families or a larger family holidaying with Grandparents with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas. Fully airconditioned throughout it is perfect to escape the heat on those steamy Summer nights or open up the expansive glass doors and enjoy the cool ocean breezes.
Featuring a stunning, light filled, open plan living space with high raking ceilings opening onto the spacious alfresco poolside deck and dining BBQ area, PLUS a very elegant and luxurious kitchen with walk in pantry, adjoining bar, double ovens with convection microwave feature and French door fridge. The main living space is perfect for quality family time enjoying hours by the pool and meals together looking out at the beautiful views of the ocean and across to Dunk Island or family movie night with the supremely comfortable lounge and big screen Smart TV. The house also features a 2nd living area with lounge and another big screen Smart TV perfect spot for the children to chill out or the Grandparents to enjoy quiet time.
The master king suite includes a walkin robe and ensuite bathroom with double showers, this is a beautiful space to retreat and indulge in some peace and quiet or catch up on that Netflix series. The second bedroom has a King bed that can be split to a twin on request, Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed and bedroom 4 has a bunk bed with double bed below and single above. The 2nd bathroom features a bathtub and separate shower, plus separate toilet.
Beach Break is a short drive to the Woolworths shopping centre at Wongaling, with pharmacy, Bendigo Bank, bottle shop and cafes and restaurants closeby. Just a 10 minute drive will bring you to the village centre of Mission Beach with a great range of shops and restaurants. A short walk along Reid Road will take you to Rotary Park with a great space for families, Skate Park, SplashnDunk water play area, playground, basketball half court and BBQ area.
