Oberflächlich toll, aber...

Auf den ersten Blick war die Wohnung toll: klein aber fein. Sie entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Die Küche war sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Aber je länger man sich in der Wohnung aufhält, erkennt man die Mängel: Schimmelgeruch im Bad durch einen durchfeuchteten Schrank, Schimmel im Schlafzimmer und hinter dem Mülleimer in der Küche, Flecken auf dem Kopfkissen, Spinnweben überall, Staub von Monaten hinter den Plissees und Dreck in den etwas schwerer erreichbaren Ecken (die man beim schnellen Putzen eben nicht erreicht). Wir haben die Vermietungsagentur darauf hingewiesen und sie versprach Besserung.
