This is a great place to stay. The pool and hot tub are great and the games were an added plus. Plenty of room for families to gather to enjoy food, drinks and pool tables as well. A large event area for kids to play when not in use. I would highly recommend and would if needed.

Luke warm shower water

There was no hot water. The pool and hot tube were on the cool warm side and the shower/tub water was the same out whole stay.

The hot tub and hot water issue

We wish the hot tub was a lot more hotter. And the bathtub was pretty cold too. But realized once the people next door showered the hot was level went down.

Move on to a nicer hotel

This hotel needs a lot of TLC. The furniture is falling apart, pieces are coming off the ceiling and the built in furniture in the bedrooms are peeling away from the wall. Our room had no toilet paper upon arrival, mirrrors hadn't even been cleaned, etc. Had my children not of wanted to swim indoors then we would've chosen another hotel that was cleaner than this. The gentleman working the pool area wasn't very kind to all of the guest from what I observed (the lady the following morning was wonderful). The breakfast utensils, and bowls that were out with the clean plates had food on them and I picked up a coffee cup to only find that it had ring stains from previous users on it. The lack of quality control and cleanliness is definitely lacking. Needless to say, we won't stay at this hotel or chain again as it was rather disappointing.
