The hotels seems old and outdated. The carpet in the room was dirty and worn. The room had an odor. It reminded me of the smell of an old, cheap motel. The coffee pot in the bathroom was unappealing.

I loved the easy check in process. I also liked how easy it was to just walk to a bunch of local restaurants. I didn't like that the elevator was out and had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. I would also recommend someone checking on the pool area. The towels there each time had to go were always gone and we had to have sombody get somone to get them for us twice. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and would stay again of passing thru the area.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean. Check in was easy. The kids enjoy the pool, missing spa. I wished I was informed that I need to make a request for the room to be cleaned. Because I didn't know, therefore the room didn't get cleaned.

I came from out of town with my children for the pool.No apologies about the pool not being open or any time frame as to when it may be open. The pool wasn’t in service the whole time. The hot tub was taken up by some guests for hours. Breakfast was very busy as they had a LARGE group of people there. Couldn’t really get breakfast. For the price I paid it wasn’t worth it at all.
