I have stayed at this location on three different occasions and had to change rooms on two of those occasions. I lifted the comforter one night and there was trash and food under the comforter. Dirty streaks on the walls and low water pressure. I paid through Expedia but got charged again from the hotel and we’re going on day four without money being in my account. Also I was kept awake until 3 o’clock one morning due to the adjacent room blaring music

The room was good. I was disappointed that the pool was closed. The pool was one of the main reasons for booking. However it was good overall. No major complaints

If you're desperate

The staff is very friendly, but the room was unforgivably dirty. The variety of stains on the walls alone could be mistaken for contemporary art. We made a point not to sit on or touch the upholstered furniture. Unfortunately, that included the sofabed, which looked like it might have come from a frat house. The indoor pool was closed and the breakfast was lacking. Shares a parking lot entrance with a very busy liquor store.

Disappointed on several fronts

I selected this hotel because they advertised a pool and we had 3 grandchildren were with us. Upon arrival we were told the pool was closed. When we got to the room, the floor needed vacuuming and the toilet seat was broken. The free breakfast was adequate, but when grandchildren don't eat the sweet rolls they got, you know something is wrong. I booked two nights but as soon as we arrived we found out we would need to return home the following day instead of staying two nights. I informed them that evening before 11 which was the requirement for a refund for the following night. When I checked out, instead of charging me $179 per night, which the reservation clearly stated, they charged me $224. The I inquired why, they said each night had a different charge. When I inquired what the Saturday night charge was, they said they were unable to tell me. The total charge was to be $358, so subtracting the $224 that they charged me that left only $134 for a Saturday night charge. That's impossible that the hotel charges $224 for a Friday and only $134 for a Saturday. (all prices before taxes.)
