My vacation

It was my vacation and I enjoyed staying in your hotel. I was a little disappointed with the TV. I asked front desk. to fix the TV but the person who they sent that didn’t quite know how to fix the TV. The TV was blue the whole entire time I stayed there But for the most part I enjoyed my stay. One more thing provide a better space for dogs and a trashcan for their poop to go into. I just wish you guys were located in a better neighborhood for the most part, I enjoyed my stay😁
My breakfast it was good, but I don’t eat pork or beef. Should have an option for turkey or chicken.

I was told to book the night with a 3rd party after 1201 AM, after riding 1200 miles on a motorcycle, but had to wait until 4 AM to get into my room. I was so tired that did not attend the meeting I rode there for.

The staff was super nice. The bed was extra comfy. But the walls and ceiling had lots of stains and so did the furniture. Needed to be updated and ceiling fixed. Two dehumidifiers in the room. And my daughter is allergic to mold.

We picked this hotel for its proximity to UGA Vet hospital. The check-in process was wonderful and the staff member was fantastic! We had to change rooms and it was not a problem. The room was spacious and clean. Great beds and the shower was fantastic! It was also very quiet. Unfortunately the refrigerator dripped water and our items inside became soaked. The breakfast was fantastic. The only thing we were really disappointed about was that the hot tub was cold. We brought it to a team member’s attention and he said he’d tell maintenance. The hot tub was the thing we were most excited for at this hotel.

Location was good for me as it was close to downtown athens. First room assigned had quite a bit of dampness and some mold growth on window. This was quickly rectified by front desk and new room was acceptable
