Nice hotel for one night stay near the airport. Bit overpriced. Good selection of restaurant in the hotel. Check in was fast. Service is good. Location is near airport and hence far from city.

We booked this hotel as it offered rooms for a 24 hour stay regardless of when we checked in. After arriving into BKK after 9 p. m. we were able to make use of the room up until 9p.m. the next day which was perfect for us as we had a late night flight out. The hotel is located a short walk away from the airport and the train that you can take into the city which is very convenient. So top marks for convenience, but the hotel needs a refresh, the carpet is worn and there are no outlets or charging ports beside the bed. Also our shower leaked sufficiently that our bathroom floor was quite wet. Staff are very friendly. Had the breakfast and dinner buffet and although quite pricey a good selection was

Loved that we arrived later than expected 1:30am and they didn’t bat an eye. Also they allow you to stay 24hrs from the time of check-in. Beds, comfortable, air con, great, wi-fi was spottty.

This property is very outdated and honestly a little dirty. The lobby itself is nice, but the rooms leave a lot to be desired. Beds are like rocks, so uncomfortable. The one nice thing is you have 24 hours upon checking in to check out, however, we only had 3 hours from getting to the hotel to having to leave for our next flight. The one good thing I would say is the transportation to the airport. Also, walking through the airport when you land to the hotel itself took at least 15 minutes, it is absolutely not a 5 minute walk.

Great for early or late flights

This hotel is attached to the airport so it was great for an early morning departure flight. Bed was very comfy so we got a good night sleep. Also, concierge was great. I has lost an item at another hotel and was able to have it delivered and held for me. The Hyatt just took it over so I am sure they will spruce it up a bit. Overall clean, good service and conveniently located.

Good for a one nighter for the airport.

Hotel beautiful. Close to the airport. Shuttle buses are plenty. Disadvantages to this hotel is there is nothing around without taking Grab or Bolt. Most hotels have shuttles to a close by mall. When you have luggage, it’s quite far to your room. Long walk . Also I did request extra towels before check in. It was ignored. So I end up using a hand towel for my wet hair.
