Upon arrival the electric gates open and a cypress driveway welcomes you into this haven of tranquility. Short distance to nearby villages gives you easy access to shops, restaurants, sightseeing and lakes (30 min to Bolsena lake). 3 km to village, trainstation 10 min, car rental, 10 min, 70 km to Rome, 60 km to the sea.
